StoneScapes Touch of Glass Tropics Blue creates a dark blue water color and is comprised of modified white Portland cement which has been colored with dark blue pigment, black, gold and white natural quartz pebble aggregates and abalone shell with Cobalt Blue and Ice Blue glass bead accents.
