StoneScapes Puerto Rico Blend Large Tropics Blue creates a dark blue water color and is comprised of modified white Portland cement which has been colored with dark blue pigment, black, gold and white natural quartz pebble aggregates and a specialty blend of colored quartz highlights and a specialty blend of large glass bead aggregates and abalone shell.
